Who is Lykke Li?
Born in Ystad, Skane Sweden on March 18, 1986 as Li Lykke Timotej Zachrisson, singer/songwriter Lykke Li delivers an indie sound that combines electronica, alternative and instrumentalist tones. The artist released her first album in 2008, titled Youth Novels, along with a song in 2009 for the film Twilight Saga: New Moon. Li followed up that release with another in 2011, Wounded Rhymes. The artist’s most recent album was I Never Learn, which was released in 2014. Lykke is currently taking a break from music to enjoy her pregnancy, but is looking forward to making a comeback after the baby is born.
