November 30, -0001 in Battle
Battle, England, United Kingdom
Comprised of three childhood friends, the pop/rock band Keane originates from the town of Battle in East Sussex, England. Though originally a quintet, the band hit the mainstream with vocalist Tom Chaplin, pianist Tim Rice-Oxley and drummer Richard Hughes on board. Kean has evolved its "piano-driven" sound, recording its first album in 2003 (six years after forming). However, that one recording, which was a limited edition UK release, took them to near-instant success. Working as the opening band for U2's 2005 tour, they have had two songs that remained in the Hot 100 for more than 50 weeks each. Their first big hit, "Is It Any Wonder" stayed at the top for more than a year.
Thoughts on Songs with Keane
Tired theme for exploration in music, but I believe its tiresomeness come from the fact that the very fact itself is tiresome.... It's very tiresome to watch someone transforming into a stranger, let alone watching your old friends utterly becoming puppets; puppets of the purpose, puppets of the means.
So that song introduce us the concept of the volume of love you are receiving, and whether that meets your needs. I would like to expand that, taking into consideration the very kind of love, alongside its volume. Love can be seized in shots, as well as in full glass drinks; however each will have a different feel.
