Lady Antebellum is a country group formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2006. The trio is composed of Charles Kelley (lead and background vocals), Dave Haywood (background vocals, guitar, piano, mandolin) and Hillary Scott (lead and background vocals). Scott is the daughter of country music singer Linda Davis, and Charles Kelley is the brother of pop artist Josh Kelley. It was these family connections and music industry ties that helped launch the band. Kelley moved to Nashville in mid-2005 from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he had been working construction with his brother John.
Thoughts on Songs with Lady Antebellum

i heard this song at my nail salon one day and i liked the beat. I later looked up the song after i got home and listened to the lyrics. Not understanding them at first, it made me think of my life and how ive been trying to find someone who is meant for me. Every time i hear this song it makes me think of a person im talking to being the one and how our adventures can last forever and no matter what comes between us, we will always find a way back to each other.

Two people that want to have fun together because they're into each other, without commitments, clearing out what they're seeking from this good time that they'll spend together. No higher expectations and big loud words, that's good. Not foreseeing the future, not using the words "never" or "forever", that's even better!

That's a beautiful collaboration and the video clip is wonderful as well. She's trying to heal his wounds, while singing about separating their ways goes on but in the end she's killing him. Metaphorically, he's the one who stays behind, wounded, she's moving on, she's stronger and more decisive.
