Steven Tyler is an American singer and songwriter who was born as Steven Victor Tallarico on March 26, 1948 in New York City. Tyler is most famous as the lead singer of the hugely successful rock group Aerosmith. His nickname the “Demon of Screamin” is the result of his vocal range and loud screams while performing. Tyler earned fame with Aerosmith in the 1970s and in the late 80s began focusing on more solo projects, including working with artists as different as Alice Cooper and Pink. His single “(It) Feels So Good” was a hit in 2011. Tyler has also served as a judge on American Idol.
