It is obviously about Leonard Peltier (though they pronounce the name wrong) and the "Reign of Terror" on the Pine Ridge reservation in the 70's, leading to "The Incident at Oglala". Over two years on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota, there were over 200 murders, none investigated, mostly done by whites or "GOONS"...mixed blood 'vigilantes' who were buddies with the chairman, Dick Wilson, who was busy selling off their land underhandedly for his own benefit. AIM came in to protect the people. They were the murder capitol of the country at the time. Look up Incident at Oglala, and learn the whole story.
