It's a song, I like to believe, from the point of view of Lolita, the well-known character from Vladimir Nabokov who was 12 in the book and in the movie adaptation her age was changed to 14. She developed a relationship with her mother's boyfriend and she was his perdition. The girl was simply wild and ended up leaving with another man. He spent years chasing her, thinking that she got abducted. Here, in the song, it's that playful spirit that Lolita had, which states that everything to her is a game, even love. So when grown ups fall in love, she simply doesn't feel the same and toys with them.
