Amy Winehouse was born in 1983 in Enfield, England. In 2003, her first album was released, filled with her trademark combination of jazz and soul. Known as the UK’s flagship vocalists, the artist is also remembered for her alcohol consumption and over-the-top behavior. Her second album, titled Back to Black, was released in 2007 to a rousing American reception after the artist dumped her management company for suggesting she enter rehab for the drinking that often prevented her from completing shows. By 2009, the artist had released very little new music due to personal and mental health issues, which culminated with her alcohol-induced death in 2011.
I see it as Amy enjoying herself when making music for herself. thanking music as a being in which a break is needed to revere it. "Simple sweet guitar" that over powers Amy. She sees music as a divine being bringing joy to her and a moment of peace that shows her multiple views. " The mekody it feeds my soul" this shows that mysic is a powerful being for Amy that she and others can create

Love is never free. The song tells us love always cost us in some sort of ways. If you love someone, you already lose something. It's not a physical thing like money or gifts to buy his or her love. What you "spend" is the time thinking about your love, the feelings burning inside you, the actions you do so that the person understands your love etc. Love costs us more than we think. When we love we're ready to make a mess out of the whole world and leave piles of debris! In the end a person might not end up happily ever after with his or her love, but it's something that must be done. It's definitely worth it to "lose" something! If you don't you will never understand love!
