The word Ghost probably means his past regrets and pain that ought to be dead , time heals all wounds and all that but for some reason they wont leave him alone and then "sex" something that shows intimacy on a different level so more or less sex with a ghost has a base meaning that hes gotten so intimate with his demons its like having sex with them.
