I think that the song and its music video convey the idea that even when people have reached an ultimate low in their lives and perhaps see no point in continuing as they hate the world and themselves, there is still beauty in them and life even if they don't understand it at the moment. Whenever you reach such a juncture in your life, you need to remember that life is beautiful, so keep pushing, and the pieces will all fit together in retrospect someday.
