Who is SZA?

SZA is an American R&B singer who began making music in the early 2010s. She released two extended plays before signing with the hip hop record label Top Dawg Entertainment, through which she released her third EP and first retail release, Z, in 2014. She co-wrote "Feeling Myself" by Nicki Minaj and Beyoncé that same year. She has collaborated with artists like Rihanna, Iggy Azalea, Tinashe, and Jeremih. In 2016, she performed on Rihanna's song "Consideration."

Ctrl (2017), the debut studio album from SZA, has received universal acclaim from critics. In 2020, she released the single "Good Days," which was followed by the singles "I Hate U" and Doja Cat's "Kiss Me More." All three songs made the top 10 on Billboard's Hot 100 in 2021, with SZA becoming only the second artist to achieve this feat as a solo act. She also scored her first additional top 20 hits that year, as a featured vocalist on Summer Walker's "No Love," which peaked at number 13.
