I've read a story back in the early 00's, that some kid in the U.S. commited some crime (can't remember who did he hurt or how, but he did somehow) and afterwards when arrested, blamed these lyrics as an inspiration for these actions. Then Slipknot stated "they are not literal, they shouldn't been taken this way". And I thought "of course, you dumb".
