I'm not sure about the meaning of the lyrics at all .... that is only truly known by the writer / artist. What I do know is that this song sounds like a nod to the Allman Brothers Band for sure! If you are a fan of the legendary southern rock / blues / jam band .... you will instantly know what I am talking about after the first few seconds of the song. I just wish I had confirmation that I may be correct
