Who is Miley Cyrus?
Almost too many things have been written about Miley Cyrus, and much of it focuses on gossip rather than her talent. Born to country star Billy Ray Cyrus in 1992, it was inevitable that she would become a singer or performer of some sort. Making her way via the Disney Channel and her smash hit show "Hannah Montana", Miley transitioned into pop stardom and has proven herself to be more than just a Disney kid. Her debut album in 2008 went platinum and her subsequent recordings have all reached into the tops of the charts. She has toured several times and she released her 2015 album online, for free, following her gig as the host of the MTV Music Video Awards for that year.
