Who is Shinedown?
The hard rock band Shinedown came together in 2001 in Jackson Florida. Between five albums released between 2003 and 2005, the group has sold more than 6 million albums globally. The four-man lineup has changed since the group was first formed, with singer Brent Smith and drummer Barry Kerch being the two remaining original members. Other current members are Zach Myers on guitar and Eric Bass on bass and piano. Their album Threat of Survival was released in September 2015, a few months after the release of the single “Cut the Cord.”
