This is about a conversation with both Satan and God. This world as scripture tells us is ruled by Satan, heaven is ruled by God. To Satan..If Satan is the dealer Cohen is out of the game. To God..If you are the healer, Cohen is telling him he needs healing..he is broken and lame. "You want it darker" is directed at Satan "We put out the flame" is what we did by crucifying Christ. "Millions of candles"..us..have been praying to God to remove evil from this world but that has not happened. Instead he sent Jesus, not to remove evil but to show us heaven is where we should want to be. We should be praying for our souls to be ready to go to heaven and he is saying in Hebrew "Hineni" meaning I am ready.
